CACI International is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the Marine Corps Oracle EBS R12 system, providing asset visibility, supply, maintenance, and financial information security through robust cyber controls within an Agile team.

The role requires hardening Oracle products, secure coding, collaboration with Oracle and government SMEs, design reviews, requirement gathering, and producing detailed deployment plans, testing strategies, and compliant documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cyber security controls and remediation.
• Experience in Oracle Linux environment and shell scripting.
• Ability to harden Oracle products including applications, technology stack, database, OS, and tools per DoD requirements.
• Proficiency in secure coding practices and code review methodologies.
• Work with Oracle as a vendor on service requests as required.
• Ability to develop professional documentation and other written materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security for Oracle platforms.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIG, FIPS 140-2.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Eligible to pass a T3 Background Investigation.

Aufgaben

• Design, development, and implementation of Technical Cyber controls.
• Support technical activities and follow the processes outlined in compliance with approved Agile approach including researching and configuring cyber controls.
• Review technical design documentation and vendor documentation to understand and gain knowledge about the cyber functions provided.
• Interact with government product owners and other SMEs to analyze requirements and provide solutions.
• Review Change Requests and aid in gathering requirements and identifying solutions.
• Tune and optimize related code and related systems level configurations.
• Provide technical support during the release testing phases.
• Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.
• Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.
• Drive meetings with product owners and manage the analysis through design and development phases.
• As required, provide updates to related deliverables.
• Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule including testing plans.
