Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer – Cyber Security & Compliance to support the Marine Corps GCSS-MC in a hybrid/remote environment with periodic on-site work. The role emphasizes secure development, cybersecurity controls, vulnerability remediation, and RMF compliance across Oracle EBS, database, Linux, WebLogic, and middleware.

The ideal candidate has DoD security experience, strong Oracle EBS technical skills, and the ability to work within an Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with security/compliance.
• 5+ years supporting Oracle EBS, enterprise apps, or DoD-like environments.
• 3+ years implementing DoD cybersecurity requirements (STIGs/SRGs).
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2, Oracle Linux, WebLogic, and security controls.
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work in Agile teams.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and modernization of the Oracle EBS R12.2 environment.
• Develop secure solutions for logistics, maintenance, and financial management functions.
• Design and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts, interfaces, reports, and workflows.
• Review architecture and security requirements; assist with patches and upgrades.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver secure solutions.
• Produce deployment docs, compliance artifacts, and operational support materials.
