Job summary

CACI is looking for a Cybersecurity Implementation Engineer to join our Engineering team. Build, deploy, configure, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based cybersecurity infrastructure and applications running on Windows and Linux.

You will engineer cybersecurity solutions using cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, ELB) and provide detailed guidance for hardware/software selection, roadmaps, and testing. A TS/SCI with polygraph and 6+ years of DoD-focused experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (in lieu of degree additional 8yrs+ of work-related experience)
• TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Polygraph
• 6+ years related technical experience in network/cybersecurity engineering
• DoD 8140.01 and 8570.01-M IAT III / IASAE II certifications
• CSSP Infrastructure Support certification within 120 days of start date
• Expertise in multiple security domains: NDR, EDR, NGFWs, IDS/IPS, F5, email/web security gateways
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server operating systems
• Strong cloud security and architecture knowledge
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and modernize complex systems

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, configure, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based cybersecurity infrastructure and applications on Windows and Linux
• Engineer and implement cybersecurity solutions leveraging cloud services (EC2, EBS, ELB, S3, RDS) and manage AMIs and installations
• Advise on enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions to support customer goals
• Evaluate changes and upgrades to address performance and best practices
• Provide detailed information for hardware/software selection and implementation techniques
• Represent customer requirements in technical exchanges and develop architecture diagrams
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for capabilities, operations, and technologies
• Assist with test plans and documentation for network configuration upgrades
• May serve as team or task lead and coordinate with stakeholders and assessors
