Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC, based in Stafford, VA, seeks an experienced Oracle EBS/WebLogic Cyber Security & Compliance specialist for a full-time hybrid role. You will secure, modernize, and sustain Oracle EBS R12.2 and middleware while meeting DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities include administering WebLogic, Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Linux; implementing RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and STIG controls; and coordinating with government stakeholders on mission-critical GCSS-MC systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 environments.
• 5+ years administering Oracle WebLogic Server and Fusion Middleware.
• 3+ years implementing DoD cybersecurity controls (STIGs/SRGs).
• Experience with Oracle Linux, Oracle Database, and scripting.
• Experience in DoD or regulated environments; CompTIA Security+ current.
• Hands-on with Oracle security, patching, and RMF/NIST guidance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, secure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments for EBS R12.2.
• Manage WebLogic domains, clusters, data sources, and deployments.
• Configure SSL/TLS, keystores, and identity providers; harden security.
• Install/patch Fusion Middleware 12c; apply critical patches and PSUs.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Oracle Support.
• Develop deployment, rollback, and migration procedures for releases.
• Support upgrades, technology refresh, and Change Requests.
• Design and maintain SQL/PLSQL, shell scripts, interfaces, and reports.
• Ensure cybersecurity controls per DISA STIGs, RMF, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA.
• Document findings, remediation, and validation; support RMF audits.
