Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions seeks an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Consultant to provide post go-live maintenance and support from Hanover, NH on-site. The ideal candidate will handle complex production issues, coordinate quarterly Oracle updates, and drive data migration efforts with FBDI and Data Loader.

Key duties include L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, OTBI reporting, integrations, and ServiceNow incident management with a focus

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle application experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) support.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI custom reports and dashboards.
• Experience supporting integrations, data migration (FBDI/Data Loader), and system enhancements.
• Ability to analyze and resolve functional and production issues logged through ServiceNow.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Sales Cloud and ICM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues.
• Support OTBI reporting, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, perform root cause analysis, and support business users.
• Coordinate testing and validation for system changes and quarterly Oracle updates.
