Job summary

GAC Solutions seeks an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Consultant to provide post go-live maintenance and support from its Hanover, MD office. The role requires 10+ years of Oracle experience and hands-on work with Sales Cloud, ICM, OTBI reports, and data migration.

Ideal candidates will have 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, integration experience, ServiceNow issue resolution, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure SLA-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle application experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) support.
• Experience with OTBI custom reports and dashboards.
• Experience supporting integrations, data migration (FBDI/Data Loader), and system enhancements.
• Ability to analyze and resolve functional and production issues via ServiceNow.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
