Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice seeks an experienced Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of complex Oracle-focused projects. You will guide teams, engage external clients, and oversee planning, execution, and closure while ensuring quality and risk management.

Travel 60–80% is expected depending on client needs. The role emphasizes leadership, architecture focus on data flow and integration, and collaboration across multi-vendor environments within EY’s global services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years' experience with SCM/Finance application implementations in technical/lead roles.
• 2-3 full cycle Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS implementations in OMS, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, Mfg.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Oracle integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar.
• Travel 60–80% of the work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage with external clients, lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful tasks.
