Job summary

EY's Oracle Services practice enables planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle Oracle solutions. We seek a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery, work with clients, and drive quality throughout the lifecycle.

You will guide teams, architect integrations, and collaborate across supply chain, finance and tech domains, with significant travel and a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction at EY.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor's degree is required, with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• 4-6 years with SCM / Finance application implementations in technical/lead roles.
• 2-3 full cycle Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS implementations focusing on modules.
• Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Travel 60-80% of a work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with emphasis on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Architect data flow, data migration, and data integration across multi-vendor landscapes.
• Develop people, delegate work, and conduct performance feedback.
• Generate new business opportunities by applying EY service lines.
