Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of complex Oracle-focused projects. You will guide teams, manage client sessions, and ensure quality and risk controls while applying Oracle SaaS/PaaS expertise across engagements.

This role requires 4-6 years with SCM/Finance implementations, hands-on Oracle Cloud/EBS experience, and travel 60-80%. We offer hybrid work, competitive compensation, and a path to senior leadership within EY's Oracle Services practice.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor's degree is required.
• 4-6 years relevant experience in SCM/Finance application implementations as a Technical Lead or similar role, including IT/business integration.
• 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS modules across Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle methodologies (OUM/AIM).
• Willingness to travel 60-80% of the work schedule.
