Job summary

EY's Oracle Services practice seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS projects. You will guide teams, engage clients, and ensure high quality outcomes across complex implementations.

You’ll oversee architecture, data integration, and testing, while traveling to meet client needs. This role blends technical leadership with business acumen in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of SCM/Finance app implementations as Technical Lead or similar.
• 2–3 full cycle Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS implementations.
• 2–3 years hands-on with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle methodologies (OUM/AIM).
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with clients, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members for task completion.
• Architect data flow, migration and integration across multi-vendor systems.
