Job summary

EY's Oracle Services practice assists our client organizations in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex Oracle applications and technology projects. As a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will lead the delivery of processes, solutions and projects with a focus on quality and risk management, engaging with clients and guiding workstreams from planning through closure.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor's degree is required, with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• 4 - 6 years relevant experience working with SCM / Finance application implementations as a Technical Lead, Application Development Lead or Enterprise Application Integration lead, with at least 2 year spent in a managerial and IT/business integration role
• 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM/ ERP Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience focusing on Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Product Information Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing related modules
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP
• Proven track record in integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or any leading integration platform to architect, design and build integrations with Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including emerging technologies, SOA governance, and new technologies
• The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 60-80% of a work schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Architect technology solutions focusing on data flow, data migration and data integration to support supply chain and finance processes across multi-vendor software/applications.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
• Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY and its service lines and applying knowledge and services.
• Develop long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders; lead teams through project lifecycles.
• Interact with supply chain, finance and technology executives; manage project scope, timing and resources.
• Adopt Agile development methodologies and ensure quality assurance and integration.
