Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Solution Architect to lead our Oracle SaaS sales and delivery strategy across ERP, SCM, and CX pillars. You will engage with C-level executives, craft compelling win themes, and manage executive delivery oversight for client programs.

The role requires deep Oracle SaaS knowledge, exceptional communication, and a proven consultative sales track record. You’ll own long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth across major accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in business management or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience within the Oracle SaaS ecosystem (ERP, SCM, CX).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business results and manage CXO relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering Oracle solutions and growing revenue within major accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with delivery and industry teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
• Create compelling presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral to effectively communicate value.
• Engage with C-level executives to understand objectives and challenges, and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery and ensure programs meet time, budget, and quality expectations.
