Capgemini is seeking an Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end transformations in Aerospace & Defense and complex manufacturing. You will drive workshops, translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, and mentor delivery teams across global engagements.

The role requires 10+ years in Oracle SCM implementations, pre-sales experience, and strong executive communication to outline business value and drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle SCM implementation and consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Order Mgmt, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Planning).
• Experience leading large, multi-team transformation programs, with pre-sales and pursuit involvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead Solution Architect for Oracle Cloud SCM in Aerospace & Defense and complex manufacturing.
• Lead workshops to capture current-state and future-state requirements and transformation objectives.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across OM, IM, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
• Provide strategic guidance on supply chain transformation and technology modernization to executives.
