Job summary

Peloton Group is seeking an Oracle Cloud Technical Architect to lead architecture and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will drive design decisions, collaborate with functional teams and client IT stakeholders, and align technical work with business goals.

The role requires deep Oracle Cloud expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences. Travel as needed is expected. The team delivers across global delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale, multi-pillar implementations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience delivering at least 4+ Oracle Cloud multi-pillar implementations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Oracle Database & PL/SQL development.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and supporting applications across cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM business processes.
• Proven experience leading distributed development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the overall technical architecture and quality of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Lead technical design and prototyping for integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment across onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and governance for all development activities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
