Job summary

Capgemini in Chicago seeks an Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation for global clients, shaping future-state operating models.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, drive architecture across Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, and related modules, and guide multi-country deployments.

This role includes business development, pre-sales support, and thought leadership to maximize ROI from Oracle Cloud investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years delivering complex Oracle SCM implementations.
• 5+ years as a Solution Architect/Lead Architect for Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Experience leading global Oracle Cloud SCM deployments.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solution architecture across modules.
• Facilitate executive workshops and fit-gap assessments.
• Define future-state supply chain processes and operating models.
• Guide integration between Oracle Cloud SCM and other ERP/CRM systems.
• Support pre-sales activities and client presentations.
• Lead global solution design workshops and requirements gathering.
• Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage project risks and change control.
