Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced SCM Functional Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement. You will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for global, multi-organization environments and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle SCM modules including OM, Inventory, Install Base and Procurement.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering SCM solutions in global, multi-organization environments.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including configuration and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Oracle SCM modules focusing on OM, Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement.
• Configure and implement OM processes including sales order creation, pricing, orchestration and fulfillment.
• Design orchestration processes for internal and external order processing in service logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Integrate OM with downstream and upstream systems and oversee inventory setup, lot/serial traceability, and inventory reconciliation.
