Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice seeks a transformation maven to guide clients through digitization using Oracle Cloud Finance and R2R design. You’ll lead workshops, craft robust designs, and coach teams to deliver integrated Oracle R2R solutions while driving business outcomes.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, balance risks, and propose prototype-based designs, evolving capabilities and client value in a dynamic delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management.
• Minimum of 1 year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Record to Report business process exposure.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate, 6+ years' experience.
• Oracle Cloud certification required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to capture R2R requirements.
• Explain leading R2R processes to enable Oracle-based transformation.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options and advise on feasible approaches.
• Provide design options using prototypes for client review.
• Collaborate with project teams to build an Oracle Record to Report solution powered by Cloud.
• Lead and coach a small project team to design, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions.
• Plan tasks, track progress, and report delivery status.
• Build client trust to ensure project delivery and value realization.
• Grow skills and contribute to business development and sales efforts.
