Job summary

Accenture is hiring for an Oracle Cloud Finance Transformation role in the United States. You will lead and design Record to Report (R2R) solutions, drive workshops with business stakeholders, and guide teams through design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.

The position emphasizes advisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives while staying current with Oracle features and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation project.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
• Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
