Job summary

Estuate, Inc. seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead large Oracle Cloud SaaS programs across multiple pillars and countries. You will drive design workshops through go-live, manage budgets, and coordinate onshore and offshore teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the Oracle applications ecosystem and multiple full life cycle implementations.
• Project or program management on at least 5–6 Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations, including large multi-pillar or multi-country programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS across ERP Financials, SCM, HCM, EPM and CX.
• Proven track record delivering on time, on budget and to quality with ownership of project financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud SaaS programs from design to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Deliver programs on time and on budget with clear progress reporting on milestones.
• Direct onshore and offshore teams to ensure delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
• Run planning, effort estimation and progress tracking against the project plan.
• Guide clients on process and configuration decisions and drive change through negotiation.
• Own scope, risk and change management, including change requests.
• Drive governance meetings and act as the escalation point for the client.
• Use AI-enabled tools and accelerators to improve productivity and quality.
• Grow portfolio and commercial leadership over time; oversee a portfolio across clients.
• Manage project financials including margin, revenue and bookings forecasting.
• Support delivery assurance, solution reviews and deal reviews.
• Plan resource assignment and demand across the portfolio.
• Build long-term client relationships up to C-level; spot add-on opportunities.
