Job summary

Estuate, Inc. seeks an Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to lead ERP/SCM/EPM implementations across Finance, SCM, and related Oracle Cloud solutions.

Location options include Chicago, IL, Dallas & Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, NYC, NY. You will direct onshore and offshore delivery teams, govern projects, manage risks, and collaborate with business and technical leads to design fit-for-purpose solutions and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 9–13 years of experience managing multiple full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Experience on at least 5–6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or Multi-Pillar projects preferred.
• Proficient in Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations across Finance (ERP), SCM, EPM, and related Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Direct and oversee onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring adherence to standards and quality.
• Partner with functional and technical leads to design and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops and decision-making sessions for process design, architecture, configuration, and transformation.
• Drive governance, planning, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting to meet milestones on time and within budget.
• Support clients in defining and optimizing business processes, operating models, and organizational change initiatives.
• Provide hands-on leadership during implementation, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests while aligning client expectations with objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource forecasts, effort estimates, and progress tracking.
• Foster strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to communicate status, risks, decisions, and recommendations.
