ManpowerGroup, the leading global workforce solutions company, is seeking an Oracle Cloud PPM & SCM Functional Lead in Maryland or remote. You will own end‑to‑end functional flows across requisitions, costing, project costing, billing and GL, while guiding fit/gap decisions and hands‑on configuration on Oracle Cloud SCM/PPM.

You will run day‑to‑day SCM and Projects workstreams, lead workshops, produce design documents, and enable SIT/UAT testing for successful go‑live.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of supply chain functional experience
• 5+ years of Oracle Projects functional experience
• 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM implementations
• 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
• Hands‑on SCM configuration in at least two areas (Inventory Mgmt, Procurement, Order Mgmt, Manufacturing, Planning, or Cost Management)
• Hands‑on PPM configuration across Project Costing and at least one of: Project Billing/Contracts, Budgets/Forecasts, CIP capitalization

What's the Job?

• Own the end-to-end functional flow where project-driven procurement meets project accounting—starting from requisitions and purchase order costing, then landing in Project Costing, and flowing through Fixed Assets, Billing, and the General Ledger.
• Run the supply chain and Projects functional workstreams day to day on Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM implementation and support engagements, ensuring smooth handoffs between process owners and project accountants.
• Lead requirements and design workshops for assigned SCM modules and Oracle Cloud PPM, driving fit/gap decisions to documented, signed-off designs that reflect the client’s operating and reporting model.
• Perform hands‑on configuration across Oracle Cloud SCM and Oracle Cloud PPM, including Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing and Contracts, Project Budgets and Forecasts, and Capital Projects.
• Guide integration points between workstreams—project‑specific inventory and manufacturing, labor cost distribution, capitalization to Fixed Assets, and revenue/billing flows to AR and GL—then validate through SIT and UAT with structured defect triage.

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of supply chain functional experience and 5+ years of Oracle Projects functional experience, including at least 2 full‑lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM implementations and at least 2 full‑lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Hands‑on SCM configuration expertise in at least two of: Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, or Cost Management.
• Hands‑on PPM configuration expertise across Project Costing and at least one of: Project Billing and Contracts, Project Budgets and Forecasts, or Capital Projects/CIP capitalization.
• Strong working knowledge of procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, and inventory control, plus deep project accounting concepts such as cost collection, burdening, commitments, budgetary control, revenue recognition methods, and capitalization.
• Experience producing high‑quality functional documentation (FDDs, configuration workbooks, process flows) and facilitating workshops, along with leading SIT/UAT test cycles and train‑the‑trainer enablement for end users.
