Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a global workforce solutions leader, is seeking an Oracle Applications Manager in Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid). This role leads production readiness, supports critical Oracle procurement apps, and partners across procurement, finance, and IT to ensure reliable operations.

You will oversee L2/L3 support, release management, and governance, while delivering executive reporting on health, risk, and KPI metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience.
• 5+ years managing Oracle Application Support teams.
• Strong experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Approvals, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and strong understanding of SOX controls and compliance, including annual SOX compliance activities.
• Experience with release management and change management, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead production readiness and delivery for mission-critical Oracle initiatives.
• Own day-to-day Oracle application management for procurement and commerce capabilities.
• Manage L2/L3 Oracle application support, SLA compliance, and incident management.
• Coordinate releases, changes, and deployments with cross-functional teams.

Our client, a global enterprise organization supporting mission-critical procurement and supply chain operations, is seeking an Oracle Applications Manager to join their team. As an Oracle Applications Manager, you will be part of the application management and production support organization, supporting a large Oracle Procurement and Supply Chain landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong program leadership , hands-on Oracle procurement application expertise , and the ability to manage high-priority production readiness while aligning stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

What's the Job?

Lead business-critical (P0 / cannot-fail) initiatives, including production readiness and delivery for the S&K JV Distribution Center (DC) planned launch (H2 2026). Drive application leadership for strategic projects (H2 2026), including Infrastructure Helix and Oracle Spend Management (OSM) / Planned Spend, Spend Approvals, and Buyer Automation workflows. Own day-to-day Oracle application management for key procurement and commerce capabilities, including Guided Buying Forms, Integrated Price List, E-Store platform, Blanket Agreements, Buy@ platform support, and Oracle Rules Engine maintenance. Manage production support responsibilities: L2/L3 Oracle Application Support, SLA compliance, Major Incident (P1/P0) management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem management, and release/deployment coordination. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams; provide executive-level reporting on delivery health, risks, and KPIs.
