Job summary

SC&H Group seeks an Oracle Cloud PPM lead to own the PPM workstream on large ERP/SCM programs in the Baltimore area. You will design, configure, and deliver Project Financial Management from Blueprint to go-live, coordinating with Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure clean project costing, commitments, and revenue flow.

You’ll run requirements workshops, perform hands-on configuration of Project Costing, Billing, and related modules, and mentor analysts while building functional design

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Projects functional experience, with at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) PPM implementations.
• Hands-on configuration across Project Costing and at least one of: Project Billing and Contracts, Budgets & Forecasts, or Capital Projects/CIP capitalization.
• Strong understanding of project accounting concepts: cost collection, burdening, commitments, budgetary control, revenue recognition, capitalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and design workshops for the PPM workstream with signed-off designs.
• Configure Oracle Cloud PPM — Project Foundation, Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Budgets, Forecasts.
• Own cross-workstream integration points: procurement, labor cost distribution, capitalization to Fixed Assets, revenue & billing to AR/GL.
• Draft and maintain FDDs, configuration workbooks, and process flows to SC&H standards.
• Build test scenarios and lead SIT/UAT cycles; manage defects and retest.
