Job summary

Capgemini in the United States is seeking an Oracle Projects Portfolio Management Lead to assess project feasibility and maturity, designing and implementing a Cloud PPM and Financials solution. You will partner with client senior leaders to drive delivery and oversee the end-to-end transformation of Oracle SaaS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud PPM and ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of finance modules and integrations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proven consulting experience with lead-fgap analysis, process designs, testing strategy and cutover activities.
• Leading practices knowledge in a technical specialty or industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate an Oracle Cloud PPM and ERP Leadure and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead streams with client senior leaders in major engagements.
• Validate Cloud PPM capability to end customers and internal verticals.
• Assist in gathering requirements, discoveries, whiteboarding, and product demos.
• Lead the Finance stream in E2E Oracle SaaS Transformations and manage a team.
• Prepare proposals and bids for Cloud PPM and Financial opportunities.
• Develop proprietary solutions from engagement learnings.
