Job summary

SC&H Baltimore seeks a Supply Chain Lead - Oracle Cloud SCM to run the functional workstream, lead workshops, and drive designs from Blueprint to go-live. You are the hands-on functional expert the client's process owners work with daily, turning design docs into a working system.

Your role includes configuring Oracle Cloud SCM modules, authoring FDDs, leading SIT/UAT, managing master data, and delivering end-user training.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of supply chain functional experience with Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Hands-on configuration in two or more SCM modules.
• Proven workshop facilitation with process owners and SMEs.
• Experience writing functional design documents and test scripts.
• Experience leading SIT/UAT with defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and design workshops for SCM modules, driving decisions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules per solution architecture.
• Create and maintain FDDs, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Perform fit/gap analysis and propose configuration-first solutions.
• Define master data requirements and validate converted data.
• Build test scenarios and lead SIT and UAT cycles.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and end-user training materials.
• Manage day-to-day priorities of supply chain analysts.
• Support cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
