Qualifications
- 5 years in a Functional Lead role.
- Two end-to-end Cloud implementations with Oracle Cloud PPM.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
- US residency and legal work authorization in the US.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting and lead implementation lifecycle.
- Lead design workshops and align cloud functionality to requirements.
- Identify gaps and build extensions.
- Advise on options, risks, and impacts on processes.
- Produce BRDs, data conversions, and workflows.
- Support validation scripts and testing.
- Oversee CRP, SIT, UAT validation.
- Lead migration to production.
- Communicate status and drive project deliverables.
- Share knowledge to improve methodology.
