Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with payroll experience.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing, weekly cycles.
• Strong multi-state payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile project timecards for weekly pay runs.
• Process weekly payroll and generate required reports.
• Prepare and issue daily off-cycle checks including retroactive pay.
• Respond to payroll inquiries via phone and email with clear communication.
• Serve as liaison between payroll team and project teams.
• Complete unemployment earnings requests accurately.
• Set up new craft payroll team members and process updates/terminations.
