A leading technology and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead to join their team in Nashville. This hybrid position requires 60–70% onsite work. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and expertise in both U.S. and Canadian payroll operations. Responsibilities include leading implementations, conducting workshops, and providing payroll expertise. Competitive salary range of $180,000–$200,000 USD based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Must have participated in 5+ Oracle Cloud Payroll engagements, including at least 2 as the Payroll Functional Lead.
• Willingness to work onsite in Nashville 60–70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design and delivery for Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Serve as the primary Payroll Functional Lead across project workstreams.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

Skills

Experience in writing Fast Formulas

Strong ability to lead client workshops

Education
