Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead production support and ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors and development teams for issue resolution.
• Provide production support for Oracle Cloud Hospitality Modules: EMC, POS, Gifts & Loyalties, Inventory, Reporting & Analytics.
• Work with vendors - Oracle for issue triage & other data integration issues.
• Liaise with the development team (on-shore or off-shore) to communicate requirements and follow-up on progress.
• Organize, execute, and supervise integration with Oracle Cloud HCM.

Role: Oracle Cloud Hospitality - Production Support

We are looking for Oracle Micros

• Candidate must have experience in multiple full cycle implementation/Support and understanding of Oracle Cloud Hospitality Modules like EMC, POS, Gifts & Loyalties, Inventory, Reporting & Analytics modules.
• This role requires a functional background in food & beverages or prior experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills as there will be a lot of email & phone interactions with Golf Club Managers and OM's.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Production support, ticket resolution on time with SLA driven.
• PL/SQL skills & BI reporting are mandatory.
• Provide production support for the following Oracle Cloud Hospitality Modules: like EMC, POS, Gifts & Loyalties, Inventory, Reporting & Analytics modules.
• Work with vendors - Oracle for any product issue triage & other vendors on any data integration issues.
• Liaise with the development team (on-shore or off-shore) to communicate requirements and follow-up on progress.
• Organize, execute, and supervise integration with Oracle Cloud HCM.
