Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Tester to lead testing efforts for release tests, applying QA methodologies and metrics to ensure quality outcomes. The role requires coaching testers and collaborating across teams to meet testing objectives.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office at one of the specified locations. Minimum 3 years’ Oracle testing experience with TOSCA and Oracle Cloud HCM, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle Tester with TOSCA.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests.
• Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define metrics for test execution and defect resolution.
• Coach and advise testers to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing goals and objectives.
