Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Test Lead to coordinate testing across the Oracle Utilities CCS and WACS implementations. The role ensures requirements are validated and quality gates are met from system testing through UAT and go-live readiness.

You will work closely with functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to drive a structured, evidence-based quality assurance approach. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office with hiring locations including Tampa,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience on Oracle Cloud CCS, WACS and OFS test planning and execution.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Associate Degree requires 6 years.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and testing activities.

Responsibilities

Test planning & coordination across CCS and WACS workstreams.
Define and own the overall test strategy and test plan for CCS and WACS, including ST, SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing.
Coordinate test schedules, resource planning, and environment readiness across both workstreams.
Manage test environment provisioning, test data preparation, and tool setup with infrastructure teams.
