Job summary

300plus Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Tester to validate end-to-end ERP workflows across HCM, PPM, PRC, FIN and CX modules. You will plan, design and execute test scenarios, work with cross-functional teams, and assess impacts of quarterly updates.

The ideal candidate has hands-on testing in Oracle Cloud, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with tools like Jira, ALM, or Oracle Test Manager. This is a full-time on-site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ERP workflows knowledge and testing
• SIT, UAT, and regression testing experience
• Hands-on test case preparation and execution
• APIs or integration testing knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Plan, document, and prepare test plans, scenarios, and test cases for Oracle Cloud modules
• Execute System Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, and UAT across HCM, PPM, PRC, FIN and CX
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects with clear evidence
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business units across modules
• Perform quarterly patch testing and validate new features, documenting changes
