PwC is seeking a Manages Services - Oracle Cloud HCM Manager to lead large Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects. You will coordinate resources, develop plans, and monitor progress with business leaders, PMs, and technical teams.

You will coach and develop your team, identify opportunities for business growth, and drive delivery excellence while embracing change and innovation across engagements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Managed Services / Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience leading large Oracle implementation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects and coordinate resources for successful delivery.
• Develop project plans and manage timelines to align with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define goals and mitigate risks.
• Utilize Oracle Project Resource Management and Oracle Agile PLM for efficient execution.
• Oversee program scope management and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and promote continuous process improvement.
• Apply analytical thinking and digital tooling to enhance delivery.
• Coach team members and provide feedback to leverage strengths.
• Encourage innovation and change to drive service excellence.
• Address conflicts and engage stakeholders to maintain momentum.
