• Develop project plans and manage timelines to align with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define goals and mitigate risks
• Utilize Oracle Project Resource Management and Oracle PLM for efficient execution
• Oversee scope management and stakeholder status reporting
• Foster cross-functional coordination and continuous process improvement
• Coach team members and leverage strengths to meet client expectations
• Drive innovation and adapt to change to deliver service excellence
• Address conflicts and engage stakeholders to maintain momentum
