Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate for Managed Services - SCM Oracle Cloud to analyze client needs, implement Oracle solutions, and provide training for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications.

You will own Oracle Cloud SCM functional areas, manage service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, coordinate with business and IT stakeholders, and lead change with offshore teams while building your client relationship and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or software implementation.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oracle Cloud SCM functional ownership (Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Inventory, Order Management, etc.).
• Service delivery management with adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with business, IT and offshore teams on projects.
• Provide training and support for Oracle applications integration.
