Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software (e.g., Oracle).
• Deliver business value by applying best practices and domain knowledge.
• Lead or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop process maps for As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
• Apply IBM Design Thinking to solve client challenges.
