Zusammenfassung

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM ORC Lead to join our global practice. This is a full-time, permanent role based anywhere in the United States with travel to client sites as needed.

You will lead ORC implementations, guide discovery workshops, and shape solutions that align with client HR strategies. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Oracle HCM consulting, 5+ years in ORC, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience.
5+ years in Oracle Recruiting Cloud with Implementation Lead role.
ORC certification is a plus.
Experience in onsite/offshore delivery model.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

Consult on HCM Cloud engagements including ORC implementations and support.
Lead Discovery workshops to define business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions.
Design, test, deploy HCM Cloud processes and configurations.
Set up the system to meet business processes and requirements.
Develop testing scenarios and lead testing teams.
Understand data touchpoints and integrations for ORC modules.
Document application setups using templates.
