Your role, your impact

As an Oracle HCM Lead Consultant, Managed Services, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients, focusing on Oracle Cloud Core HR and other HCM modules. You will work with multiple clients across various industries.

This role is open across the United States.

• Work on support tickets;
• Deliver training, testing, and footprint expansions;
• Implement new features with quarterly releases;
• Provide remote post-production support for live clients;
• Support clients via MS Teams and Jira ticketing system.

Keys to your success

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and effective time management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Healthcare industry experience;
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting;
• Knowledge of Fast Formula.
