Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Assessment Consultant to conduct a comprehensive health check of our HCM Cloud environment, with emphasis on Payroll and Benefits. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.

The role requires deep Oracle Cloud HCM expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver actionable recommendations that drive compliance and efficiency in a global life sciences testing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven experience conducting system assessments, audits, or health checks.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support HCM cloud activities across the project lifecycle.
• Perform holistic review of the Oracle Cloud HCM system, including Core HR, Payroll and Benefits.
• Assess payroll and benefits workflows to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify risks and gaps between system capabilities and business requirements.
• Gather feedback from HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders.
