Job summary

iteria.us is seeking an experienced Oracle Applications Solution Architect to design and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for our clients in the US. You will guide on Oracle SaaS modules (Finance, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM) and manage senior stakeholder relationships, while ensuring alignment with business strategy.

You will lead project oversight, develop high-level designs, and mentor junior team members, delivering strategic, high-quality solutions and facilitating pre-sales and risk

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
• Strong understanding of Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC.
• Proven ability to lead and oversee complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing expert advice on Oracle applications.
• Support the pre-sales team in designing robust solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Identify value and drive realization, understanding business cases and commercial awareness.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Applications Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle applications and a deep understanding of system functionality and business processes. This role requires strategic thinking, solution leadership, and the ability to engage with C-Suite clients.
