Job summary

iteria.us is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM techno-functional consultant to join our team from the United States. The role focuses on implementing Oracle HCM Suite and guiding clients from strategy to execution, including collaboration with C-Suite stakeholders.

You’ll design scalable HCM solutions, lead multi-functional teams, and balance architecture with hands-on delivery in a remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
• Conceptual and system knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and Talent.
• Proven ability to lead and oversee complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) certification preferred.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM techno-functional consultant to join our team. The candidate should have extensive experience in implementing Oracle HCM Suite and a deep understanding of system functionality and business processes. This role requires strategic thinking, solution leadership, and the ability to engage with C-Suite clients.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
• Conceptual and system knowledge of various HCM modules including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and Talent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Certifications:

• OCP (Oracle Certified Professional)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology environment with a strong focus on Oracle HCM managed and/or professional services solutions
