Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an Oracle Developer to support and expand our client’s Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment in a hands-on role. You will work across business and IT teams to deliver configurations, integrations, reports, and data activities for a growing cloud-based platform.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Oracle development experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a background in enterprise implementations or major platform transitions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Oracle Developer experience in enterprise application development or related discipline.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits and/or Security, with configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, or major platform transitions preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with data engineers and application architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and support system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Work with vendors and implementation partners for knowledge transfer and long-term support.
