Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an Oracle Developer to support our growing Fusion Cloud/HCM environment across enterprise applications. This hands-on role involves development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

You will work with business teams, data engineers, and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in testing and UAT, and help ensure system reliability in a multi-site setup (Buffalo, NY;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Developer experience in enterprise application development, systems analysis, or related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or Security.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, or major platform transitions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; transcripts required.
• Local to Buffalo, NY area or willing to relocate; able to work legally in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.
• Collaborate with functional business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and maintain system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.
