Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Oracle Developer to support our client’s Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. This is an on-site role in Buffalo, NY with potential relocation assistance for nearby candidates.

You will develop, configure, and integrate Fusion Cloud modules, collaborate with business teams, document designs, and ensure system reliability across HR, payroll, and security areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Developer experience in enterprise application development or related
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or Security configurations or development
• Hands-on with enterprise implementations or major platform transitions preferred

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related modules
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with partner teams
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align with standards
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for knowledge transfer and ongoing support
