Job summary

Accenture is seeking a General Ledger Lead to head the delivery of Oracle Cloud GL support across multiple offices. You will ensure operational stability, financial integrity, and continuous improvement. Manage team performance, incidents, and stakeholder alignment to business expectations.

The role is hybrid, involving three days in the office with hiring locations including Atlanta, Tampa, or Dallas. A strong background in GL, incident management, and process optimization is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading support teams for Oracle Cloud General Ledger and related finance processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

• Lead the delivery of high-quality Oracle Cloud General Ledger support services, ensuring stability and financial integrity.
• Manage team performance, incidents, escalations, and align service delivery with business expectations.
