Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Digital Consulting Manager specializing in Oracle Cloud Financials to own end-to-end ERP designs and ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

You will lead workshops with business stakeholders, oversee configuration, testing and training, and collaborate with data teams to deliver seamless end-to-end ERP implementations. The role requires 5+ years in Oracle Financials, hands-on implementation experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• One full GL implementation and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub.
• Hands-on design experience across multiple finance processes and modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting and data migration in Oracle ERP.
• Ability to manage complex global designs (multi-GAAP, multi-COA, multi-currency).
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Configure, test and train end-users; oversee testing activities.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting and data teams for seamless design.
• Define standards, templates and best practices for ERP implementations.
