Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Manager to drive end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations and complex solution architectures for global clients. You will lead client workshops, manage engagements, and mentor team members while coordinating with data, reporting, and integration groups.

Expect extensive client interaction, project leadership, and travel up to 50%. The role emphasizes design excellence, scalability, and governance across multi‑GAAP and multi‑currency environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle Financials experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Lead design and architecture solutions across multiple finance processes and modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments.
• Ability to manage complex global designs (multi-GAAP, multi-COA, multi-currency).
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Oracle certifications are a plus and Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Develop complex solution architecture for Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AR, Assets, Cash, AP and Projects.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Lead senior client interaction and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and end-user training activities.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
