Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 in the Oracle unit to drive implementation programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery. You will manage scope, schedules, and resources across multiple Oracle Cloud payroll, financials, and project modules.

Strong communication with clients and governance teams is essential. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Financials Cloud implementations and solid experience with OUM, Agile, CRP, SIT/UAT testing, and

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle Financials cloud experience with GL, AP, AR, CM modules.
• Implementation experience in Oracle Cloud with full lifecycle focus.
• At least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, CM).
• Experience with Oracle project methodology (OUM) and Agile, CRP and SIT/UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource gaps to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders with regular meetings and sprints.
• Support development, integration, and customization stages of Oracle packages.
• Monitor deliverables across phases to meet quality benchmarks and expectations.
• Proactively manage risks and build strong stakeholder relationships.
