Huron is seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in client-facing projects within the healthcare sector. In this position, you will lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, collaborate with clients to design optimal business processes, and manage project tasks while guiding junior team members.

With 3–5 years of experience in Oracle ERP and a Bachelor's or Master's degree, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, you’ll help drive innovation and superior outcomes for healthcare organizations. The position offers a base salary range of $120,000 - $145,000, plus incentive compensation and benefits.

• Experience analyzing requirements and maintaining functional documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
