Job summary

Accenture is seeking a finance-minded Oracle ERP Consultant to help CFOs transform core accounting and finance operations on Oracle Cloud ERP. You will blend deep GL and sub-ledger knowledge with strong consulting, communication, and delivery skills, partnering across business, technology, testing, training and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, or Intercompany).
• 3+ years configuring and deploying Oracle Fixed Assets (lifecycle, depreciation, reporting).
• 3+ years in finance transformation consulting (process design, controllership, close optimization).
• 3+ years working with finance process data (COA design, sub-ledger to ledger reconciliation).
• 1+ year serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs for CFO and finance organizations, including process redesign, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live adoption.
• Design and configure Oracle Fixed Assets capabilities including asset categories, books, depreciation methods, capitalization, transfers, retirements, and integration with Projects and GL.
• Translate CFO priorities into measurable enterprise value cases—build business cases, value architectures, and KPI baselines linking Oracle ERP to finance outcomes.
• Analyze finance process data—COA, sub-ledger mappings, master data, journals, asset registers, and reconciliations to inform design and data cleansing.
• Collaborate across client and Accenture delivery teams, product and integration teams, testing, training, and offshore resources to deliver ERP outcomes.
• Provide hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP training and enablement for business users and project teams.
• Support cutover activities, deployment readiness, change enablement, and stakeholder communications for finance releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery methods, solution quality, and cross-team collaboration.
